Before you scale, make sure your system can handle it.

“Hindi ka nalulugi dahil sa isang malaking mali.
Nalulugi ka sa mga maliliit na sablay araw-araw.”

Isang batch na “pwede na.”
Isang delivery na “konting ayos lang.”
Isang remake na “charge to experience.”
Isang tray na hindi na sinama sa bilang.

Individually, maliit lang.
Pero monthly?
Malaki ang kinakain sa margin.

Ito ang problema sa enterprise-level operations:
Hindi ramdam ang waste, pero tuloy-tuloy.

At kadalasan, hindi mo ito makikita sa reports.

Makikita mo lang kapag:

•hirap mag-explain kung bakit hindi tumataas ang profit

•laging pagod ang team pero parang walang progress

Real talk:
