Hello Mga Katribu,
This experience has been profoundly humbling. It is both an honor and a responsibility to bring a glimmer of hope and a silver lining to those affected by the recent typhoon.
To those still residing in evacuation centers, to those who have lost family members, to the missing, to those who have lost their homes, and to everyone affected by this disaster—our hearts and prayers are with you. We cannot begin to fathom the depth of your pain during these unimaginable times.
Please remember that you are not alone. We stand with you, and we will never forget your struggles. May healing find its way to you. Your courage in this disaster is a powerful testament to the resilience and strength of the Batangueños.
This natural disaster serves as a reminder of the lessons we must embrace: to plant more trees, to refrain from tossing our trash into sewers and streets, and most importantly, to rekindle our sense of humanity by extending a helping hand to those in need.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who donated, shared our posts, and dedicated their time to packing and volunteering.
