🌱 Farm Outing 2026 | June 5, 2026 🌱

At Tenglong, Inc., we believe that our employees are our greatest asset. To promote their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, we organized a farm outing featuring recreational water-based activities where our farm workers had the opportunity to relax, recharge, and strengthen their bonds with one another.

The event also included an open forum, providing a safe and supportive space for employees to share their experiences and discuss both personal and work-related matters. Through activities like these, we continue to foster teamwork, mutual respect, and a positive workplace culture where every employee feels heard and valued.

Together, we grow stronger both as individuals and as one Tenglong family. 💚

Isang masayang pagtitipon na puno ng tawanan, pasasalamat, at sama-samang pagdiriwang ng mga tagumpay na aming nakamit sa buong taon. Lubos kaming nagpapasalamat sa bawat isa na naging bahagi ng aming kumpanya ngayong taon dahil sa sipag, tiyaga, at pagkakaisa na patuloy na nagbibigay-lakas para sa ikagaganda ng kumpanya.
