A little throwback to this sunny creation for Elias Scott’s pool party-themed birthday cake ☀️🌊🏖️

From the soft ocean waves, sandy details, surfboards, beach ball, and that happy little sun — every piece was made to capture the warmth and fun of summer in cake form. 🩵🍊

Looking back at this cake made me realize how much I truly miss creating. The late nights, the tiny details, the messy table, the pressure, and the joy of finally seeing a design come to life. Cake decorating has always been more than just work for me — it’s one of the ways I pour my heart into something beautiful.

One whole year of celebrating sweet milestones with Tokyo. 🎂✨

From her 1st month all the way to her 1st birthday, it has been such an honor to create each of her milestone cakes and watch this beautiful journey unfold through sugar, buttercream, and fondant. Every month held a new theme, a new story, and a new memory to celebrate.

And now we’ve reached the most special one of all — Tokyo’s 1st birthday. 🧜‍♀️
For this milestone, we dove under the sea with an Ariel-inspired cake, bringing a little mermaid magic to celebrate her big day.

To Ms. Viy and Sir Cong, thank you so much for trusting me to be part of Tokyo’s first year celebrations. Being chosen to create all her milestone cakes truly means so much to me. Your support and trust are something I will always be grateful for.
