Two years ago, we started Chef Mikolo with just 8 jars and a simple belief: that food can bring people together and create something meaningful beyond the table.

Like many small beginnings, ours was filled with dreams, plans, and hopes for the future. But one question always guided us:

How can we use what we have to make a difference, no matter how small?

Today, as we celebrate another milestone, we are reminded that kindness comes in many forms. One of the things we hope to do through Chef Mikolo is create opportunities to support causes that make our community a little better.

BACH Project PH is one of the organizations that inspires us. Through their dedication and compassion, rescued animals are given a second chance at life and the care they deserve.
