It has always been a dream of mine to build something I can truly call my own—to see my name become part of a family brand rooted in the rich tradition of chicken inasal.

The journey was never easy. There were countless ups and downs, moments of doubt, and times when I felt like giving up. I started small during the pandemic, facing financial constraints, uncertainty, and fear. But with determination and faith, I pushed through. Slowly, I gained loyal customers who believed in me—even when I was only operating online.

With hope in my heart, I entered a business venture and gave it my all. But sometimes, no matter how much effort you put in, things don’t work out—especially when visions don’t align.

Our Nena's Dee Team and those who believed and supported us may have lost that chapter, but we gained something far more valuable: lessons, strength, and clarity.

And now, we rise again—stronger, wiser, and even more passionate.

We are opening our doors once more, this time in a new location at the heart of Bacolod City.

We are beyond excited to welcome you and serve you even more sumptuous dishes, made with love and dedication.

Because success is never instant. Every failure is a step, every setback is a lesson, and every challenge is a ladder bringing us closer to our dreams.
