THE LAND:
From its lowest portion at the bed of Bued River to its peak at about 800 feet above sea level, the property is blessed with a topography that arouses the interest any nature lover to further develop the area for various purposes like viewing heights, trekking trails, camping sites, specialty gardens, and more.
Blessed with sufficient water resource, it nurtures a variety of fruit and forest trees that includes more than 200 mature mangoes, 500+ mahogany trees and an unnumbered others like avocados, star apples, langkas, guyabanos, etc.
