Looooong(er) wait is almost over.

There’s been a whole loooot going the past few months. We hardly touched the ovens and focused on refining—streamlining the businesses, our sources, the farm and the dogs. 3months turned to half the entire year.

All said and done, we’re slowly very anxiously inching small orders, just as how we started. Endless ‘priority tasks’ but super excited we’re back at the kitchen making honest food (+ new burn marks)

Amidst the pause from our entrepreneurial pursuits, we bid farewell to our beloved Inay.
Our OG Probeansyana. 🤍

A significant portion of our beginnings, both in terms of what we do and how we do it, stems from her influence. She highlighted the significance of directing our efforts towards meaningful pursuits and ensuring that our commitment is felt by all those we serve.

Her spirit of resilience and love will forever guide us ~

And while we expected that taking a break before and after all the happened might led to missed opportunities, the reality was quite the opposite.

We didn’t lose sight of our goals. In fact our goals became clearer.
We didn’t miss out on important opportunities; instead we gained a renewed sense of purpose.
The silence wasn’t daunting; it allowed us to hear the subtle whispers of our authenticity.
We didn’t creat chaos in our pause; we crafted a plan that felt more intentional and well structured.

The frantic rush and noise of daily work were notably absent.

Instead, taking this break provided the space we needed to recalibrate and refocus. It’s a reminder that sometimes what we dont do can be just as powerful as what we do. ✨

Thank you for all your messages, for checking up on us, for being patient and for still being with us ♥️
