We also want to apologize for the chicken on some orders. In pushing for extra crispiness, we adjusted the flour-to-cornstarch ratio and it ended up with a slightly harder exterior than intended. That one’s on us.

We appreciate all the feedback you shared, it helps us get better with every batch. We’ll keep refining and improving for the next drop.
