At Au Dela Water Station, we are committed to providing safe, clean, and high-quality purified water. While we ensure that every jug leaving our station meets our quality standards, proper handling and storage at home also play an important role in maintaining water quality.

Here are a few important reminders:

✅ Clean your water dispenser regularly.
Even purified water can become contaminated if the dispenser is not cleaned and sanitized routinely. We recommend cleaning your dispenser at least once every month.

✅ Keep water jugs away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Exposure to heat and sunlight may affect the quality of the water and the condition of the container.

✅ Store water properly.
Keep your water jugs in a clean, cool, dry place away from chemicals, strong odors, cleaning products, and potential contaminants.

✅ Handle water jugs with care.
Avoid placing jugs on dirty surfaces or touching the bottle opening and cap unnecessarily to prevent contamination.

✅ Consume water within a reasonable period.
For best quality, consume purified water within 3 days after delivery and keep containers properly sealed when not in use.

✅ Check your dispenser and accessories.
Worn-out faucets, tubing, or dispenser parts can harbor bacteria and affect water quality. Regular maintenance is recommended.
