TO : ALL toktok Riders and Operators SUBJECT : REGISTRATION OF TOKTOK

Magandang Araw mga Ka-toktok! This memorandum is a reminder to all toktok Riders and Operators that as part of our compliance pursuant to the Memorandum of LTO apropos to the GUIDELINES ON INSPECTION AND APREHENSION RELATIVE TO MOTORCYCLE TOP BOXES AND SADDLE BAGS issued on 15 March 2016. Please be guided by the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the nearest LTO branch
Step 2: Present your Professional Driver’s License and the Original copy of your motorcycle’s OR/CR
Step 3: Pay the registration fee amounting to One Hundred Pesos (PhP 100.00)
Step 4: Wait for the Official Receipt from LTO KA-TOKTOK TIPS: ? Bring extra money if in case there would be additional processing fees. ? Rider shall bring the original receipt at all times ? Insulated Bags shall be registered to LTO Annually. ? In the event that a toktok Insulated Bag is damaged, broken or needs to be replaced, toktok Rider shall no longer go to LTO to register the new insulated bagAS LONG AS it is within the covered timeframe. ? toktok Rider shall ensure that the toktok Insulated Bag is properly installed in themotorcycle as LTO official will check the durability of the bag. ? ONE registration per rider only. toktok Riders shall register their bag/s ONLY ONCE regardless if the rider has an affiliation or has a delivery bag from other courier company.
