It has come to our attention that one of our former drivers from our water refilling station is using our business name to canvass customers. He introduces himself as if he is still working with us to deceive customers into buying water from them. (According to some customers, he claims he is still our driver.) One customer even complained that the water they received was slippery or slimy.
I am aware that two of our former drivers are now working with another water refilling station. If you do not stop using our business name in your schemes, consider this my last warning. I will take legal action against you. The customers themselves can testify to your deception. You are not only fooling us—you are also fooling our customers.
To our valued customers, please be informed that our delivery personnel only use a black multicab. Starting tomorrow, they will be wearing IDs. If you do not recognize the person delivering water, please take a photo of them so we can verify whether they are part of our team. This will help us take legal action against these individuals.
And lastly, to our customers who informed us about this issue, thank you for your concern. It is deeply appreciated. Thank you so much.
