Job Opportunity: Company Truck Driver
We are seeking a highly reliable, trustworthy, and skilled Truck Driver with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills to join our logistics team. This role is crucial, as it involves both the safe delivery of goods and the collection of cash payments. We prioritize honesty and professionalism.
Position: Company Truck Driver (4-Wheel, Non-Professional License Accepted)
-Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (fixed, no overtime; Sunday rest day)
Responsibilities:
-Report to BGC office daily for instructions and documents.
-Load/unload food products at Pasig warehouse.
-Safely deliver goods to clients across Metro Manila and nearby areas.
-Collect Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments from clients and turn over all collections to the company’s Accounting Department at the end of each workday.
-Check the truck before and after trips, keep it clean, and report any problems right away.
-Follow Philippine traffic laws and company safety protocols.
-Maintain a valid driver’s license for 4-wheel vehicles.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Salary: Metro Manila daily minimum wage (₱695 as of July 2025).
-Mandatory benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
-13th Month Pay.
-15 days paid leave (vacation + sick) per year upon regularization.
-Overtime pay in rare cases, as mandated by law.
Qualifications:
-Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
-Skilled driver with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
-Must hold a valid driver’s license for 4-wheel vehicles.
-Will undergo a 6-month probationary period before eligibility for regularization.
