I have an Associate degree in baking and pastry from a school in Cebu. I have experience in savory cooking, in addition to my expertise in baking and pastry cooking. My area of concentration is baking and pastry. Food has always held a special interest in me. We communicate our feelings, divulge our thoughts, and form bonds with one another through the medium of food. When I eat something that mak

It’s a place where people from all walks of life come together, and the heart of Mindanao can be felt in its streets. I know that by having a pastry shop here at Tagum City, we would be able to reach out to many more people and help them feel happier through our food. is my pastry shop because I love the power of expressions, like "pagka tonto!" It's an expression of disagreement—I disagree with a lot of things, but when it comes to my craft, I'm serious about perfecting it. This time, the name perfectly captures what we do: Pagka stands for being, and Jhurno is a combination of the letters "J" and "Hurno." In Bisaya, Hurno means oven. So our specialties are baked in the oven!
