๐ HALLOWEEN ZUMBA COMPETITION

๐ป COMPETITION MECHANICS
1. Team Composition
* Each group must have 4โ5 members.
* A maximum of 10 groups will be accepted.
* Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
* All members must be present during the competition.
2. Performance
* Each group will perform one Zumba dance routine.
* Performance time: 5โ7 minutes maximum, including entrance and exit.
* Music must be submitted to the organizers before the scheduled competition.
* Routines should be energetic, entertaining, and suitable for a family-friendly mall event.
* Choreography may incorporate Halloween-inspired movements, music, props, and formations.
3. Halloween Theme ๐
All groups are encouraged to incorporate Halloween into their performance through:
* Costumes
* Music
* Dance concept
* Props
* Make-up
* Storytelling or character portrayal
4. Costume
* Halloween costumes are highly encouraged.
* Costumes must allow performers to move safely and freely.
* Dangerous, sharp, flammable, or hazardous props/accessories are strictly prohibited.

๐ GENERAL RULES
1. Only the first 10 registered groups will be accepted.
2. Each group must have 4โ5 official members.
3. Groups must check in at the designated registration area before their assigned performance time.
4. Failure to appear when called may result in disqualification.
5. Groups must observe their assigned performance order.
6. Any music or choreography containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
7. Performers are responsible for their own costumes and props.
8. The use of confetti, liquids, fire, sharp objects, or other materials that may damage the mall venue or endanger participants/audience is prohibited.
9. The judgesโ decision is final and irrevocable.
10. By joining the competition, participants agree to the eventโs photo/video documentation and promotional use by the organizers.
