At Sugarbeans, we value honesty, transparency, and fairness in every transaction. We are aware of a post circulating regarding a rounding issue, and we would like to clarify this matter for our customers and the public.

We are disappointed that this concern was publicly presented in a way that may cause misunderstanding, especially coming from a former employee who isn’t aware of legal internal processes and policies. Concerns could have been addressed professionally and directly, but instead were shared in a manner that harms the reputation of the business.
