To all our valued customers,
We want to remind everyone that LakasGatas Dairy Farm follows the Philippine Carabao Center’s prescribed proper handling procedures for Carabao milk, from collection and cooling to storage, pasteurization, and packaging. We value the quality of the products we sell to our consumers. In line with this, we also want to remind our customers to handle the milk properly after purchasing.
Here is the list of milk and dairy products’ appropriate handling as prescribed by DA - Philippine Carabao Center and Milka Krem:
1. Store the milk at 0-4 degrees Celsius; the best place in the refrigerator is the chiller compartment;
2. Shake well before consuming;
3. Keep refrigerated or chilled;
4. Consume before the indicated date of expiration;
5. If you cannot consume the milk in one sitting, use a glass and do not drink directly from the milk bottle. Keep the container covered;
6. Observe first-in-first-out policy;
7. Do not expose to DIRECT HEAT or SUNLIGHT; and
8. Keep in clean insulated boxes packed with ice during transport.
