We do not rush our process because we value quality in every bite.

In this picture, you can see how we carefully prepare and portion each skewer by hand. Every serving is weighed proportionally to make sure customers receive the right amount and consistent quality every time. After cleaning, the meat is marinated using our very own special blend of seasonings and spices, then left overnight so the flavors fully soak into every piece. This slow marination process gives our inasalan its rich taste, tenderness, and juicy flavor that keeps customers coming back.
