To maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment, all guests/campers must follow such house rules: ‼️‼️‼️

1. Keep Laiban green
Maintain cleanliness. Clean up immediately after using the kitchen, bathroom, or other common spaces. Avoid littering anywhere. Let’s keep a “No trace” policy. Respect nature.

2. Care for Property
Treat the house, furniture, appliances and kitchenwares with care. Damage with such may result in additional fee.

3. Respect Others
Be respectful and considerate. Harassment, fighting, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Respect Wildlife
Do not feed or disturb animals.

‼️ FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN WARNINGS OR WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS. ‼️

Thank you for helping maintain a peaceful and comfortable home.
