Krish, the daughter of the owner of Capital N Restobar, is a remarkable young woman at just 15 years old took on the responsibility of managing the restobar, showcasing her maturity and leadership skills well beyond her years. She learned to oversee the daily operations, manage sales, and ensure smooth service, during summer breaks when she has no classes.

In addition to her managerial duties, Krish also handles the social media aspect of the restobar, including posting, editing posters, and marketing, helping to boost the restaurant's visibility and engagement online. Her active involvement in both the operational and promotional sides of the business highlights her dedication and passion for hospitality, as well as her talent in management and media.

Krish is also an aspiring future doctor, balancing her passion for both healthcare and business. Her dedication to excelling in these diverse fields highlights her remarkable maturity and drive, positioning her for a very promising future in both the culinary and medical worlds.

DJ Boks began as an assistant DJ, quietly working behind the scenes. His job was to help set up the sound system and maintain the lighting—the subtle art of creating the right atmosphere that keeps the crowd hooked. Though he was behind the console, He was eager to learn everything about music and the technical side of the show.

DJ Boks stepped up and mixed with confidence, instantly feeling the rush as the crowd responded to his music choice and rhythm. From that moment, he was no longer just an assistant—he was a DJ in his own right.

But DJ Boks didn’t stop there. He knew great music needed great lighting to transform the vibe, so he taught himself to manage the lighting system too. Balancing the beats on his Pioneer DJ controller with the glow and colors that lit the dance floor, he created unforgettable nights. The pulsing lights matched every drop in the music, making his sets immersive experiences.

Now a pioneer in the truest sense, DJ Boks is both the voice and the visual artist of the party—mixing tracks, controlling lights, and keeping the energy alive all night long. From assistant DJ and lighting technician, DJ Boks became a true Pioneer DJ at Capital N, mastering both the decks and the lights.

Pia started her journey at Capital N Restobar as a fresh-faced waitress eager to learn and make a good impression. From day one, she showed a natural warmth that made customers feel welcome and valued. Her quick smile and attentive service quickly caught the attention of customers.

Determined to do more than just serve tables, Pia absorbed every detail — from the menu’s highlights to customer preferences and smooth teamwork behind the scenes.

With time, Pia’s confidence grew. She began coaching newcomers on the nuances of customer service, sharing her tips on anticipating orders and creating a great night life experience.

Today, as Capital N Restobar’s assistant trainer, Pia plays a vital role in shaping the team. She combines hands-on knowledge from her own service days with enthusiasm to nurture new staff.

Jhun started at Capital N Restobar as a dedicated kitchen staff member, handling the essential but often unseen tasks like prepping ingredients, cleaning, and supporting the chefs during busy hours. His eagerness to learn and steady work ethic quickly caught the attention of the kitchen team.

Over time, Jhun absorbed knowledge about different cooking techniques, menu items, and kitchen operations. He was always ready to take on extra responsibilities, staying late to help refine dishes and assisting in managing inventory.

Recognizing his potential and commitment, Capital N Restobar promoted Jhun to assistant chef. In this role, he now plays a vital part in daily operations, from overseeing kitchen workflow to contributing to menu development and quality control.

Jhun’s journey at Capital N Restobar is even more remarkable because he balanced his demanding kitchen responsibilities with his studies, as he graduated with a degree in Criminology.

Charles began his journey at Capital N Restobar as an assistant chef, learning the basics of kitchen operations, food preparation, and teamwork. Starting from the ground up, he handled tasks like ingredient prep and keeping the kitchen organized.

As Charles gained experience, he took on more responsibilities, moving from assistant chef to overseeing inventory management. This role required attention to detail, organization, and the ability to anticipate the kitchen’s needs, ensuring that supplies were always available and costs were controlled.

While excelling in the kitchen, Charles also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management. This academic path equipped him with valuable skills in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management—knowledge he applied directly to optimize the restobar’s operations and profitability.

Eventually, Charles was promoted to head chef and cashier, where he became the heartbeat of the kitchen and sales. In this role, he managed the team, maintained high standards for every dish, and continued to optimize inventory and stock management.

When Ian Gopez Malonzo first joined Capital N Restobar, He started as a waiter with little experience but a lot of enthusiasm. He was eager to learn the menu, the flow of service, and how to make each customer feel welcomed. Despite the fast pace and busy nights, Ian stayed positive, always greeting customers with a warm smile and remembering their favorite orders.

Over time, Ian’s dedication didn’t go unnoticed. He absorbed every bit of training, learning not just to serve food, but also how to anticipate customers’ needs, handle difficult situations calmly, and collaborate smoothly with the kitchen and bar staff.

Under Ian’s leadership, Capital N Restobar saw smoother operations and happier customers. From serving tables to leading the team, Ian’s journey demonstrated how passion, hard work, and teamwork can transform a job into a rewarding career..
