It has come to the attention of Alpha Agventure Farms that certain individuals, entities, or agricultural enterprises may be representing, implying, or suggesting that they are partners, affiliates, authorized representatives, joint venture participants, or otherwise officially associated with Alpha Agventure Farms.
Alpha Agventure Farms categorically declares that it has no partners, joint venture partners, affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, agents, authorized representatives, or business associates whatsoever. Alpha Agventure Farms is a privately owned and self-funded agricultural enterprise that operates independently and exclusively under its own management.
Accordingly, any representation, advertisement, statement, publication, or implication claiming or suggesting that any person, farm, business, or organization is a partner of, affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or acting on behalf of Alpha Agventure Farms is false, unauthorized, and made without our knowledge or consent, unless expressly confirmed through an official written announcement published by Alpha Agventure Farms.
The public, customers, suppliers, investors, and all other concerned parties are advised to exercise due diligence and to rely solely on the official communication channels of Alpha Agventure Farms when verifying any claimed relationship or business association.
Alpha Agventure Farms reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable laws against any person or entity that makes unauthorized representations regarding its business relationships, identity, reputation, or commercial interests.
