We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to oversee and manage our stock levels. You will track incoming and outgoing shipments, conduct regular physical counts, and ensure that our inventory database matches warehouse realities. Your goal is to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent stockouts or overstock, and keep our supply chain running smoothly..

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Fresh graduates welcome, though 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain..

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Track incoming and outgoing products, materials, or shipments.

- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.

- Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

- Update and maintain accurate data in the inventory management system.

- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly inventory and stock status reports.

- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments.

- Flag slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory items.
