Pare-pareho naman tayong mayrong 24 hours sa loob ng isang araw, pero bakit may mga taong tila mas maraming trabaho ang natatapos kaysa sa iba? Ano nga ba ang kailangan para maging productive tayo?

Magandang araw, ako si Maloi Malibiran-Salumbides para sa Protips, partner mo sa inspiradong trabaho at negosyong umaasenso.

Narito ang tatlong paalala na makatutulong sa pagpapataas ng ating productivity sa ating kumpanya.

1) Manage your time wisely. Mabilis na lumilipas ang ating oras lalo na kung wala tayong plano. Matatapos ang isang araw ng ganun-ganun na lamang at wala tayong na-accomplish na kahit ano, kung hindi tayo magiging intentional sa paggamit ng oras natin. Be more productive at work by managing your time. Sa pagsisimula pa lamang ng araw mo, kailangang mayroon kang malinaw na goals kung ano ang dapat mong magawa at tapusin. People who are focused in finishing one task at a time tend to be more productive. Ganito rin ang sinabi ng philosopher na si Plato, "All things will be produced in superior quantity and quality, and with greater ease, when each man works at a single occupation, in accordance with his natural gifts, and at the right moment, without meddling with anything else." Tanggalin natin ang mga distractions sa trabaho natin at maging tutok tayo sa kailangan nating gawin at tapusin.

3) Collaborate with others. Kung gusto mong mas marami kang magawa, matutong makipagkapwa. You will be able to accomplish more if you work with others. Alam mo bang isa sa itinuturing na mahalagang skill para maging matagumpay sa 21st century workplace ay ang kakayahang makipag-collaborate. When you combine your abilities and strengths with others ang akala mong hindi mo kayang gawin ay nagiging possible. Mahalaga lamang sa team collaboration na matiyak na ang bawat team member ay gagawin ng tama at maayos ang kanilang trabaho.

Tatlong susi para tumaas ang ating productivity sa trabaho ay time management, focus at team collaboration. People who are fruitful in their work have a higher sense of fulfillment. Kaya simulan na nating maging mabunga. Magtrabaho na tayo at gumawa.

Lord, I cast my burden on You, trusting You will sustain me, taking what's crushing me and carrying it Yourself, holding me up when the weight threatens to bring me down.

Casting means throwing, actively hurling my burden away from me onto You, not just acknowledging it exists but physically removing it from my shoulders to Yours.

Teach me that casting burdens isn't weak or irresponsible but wise, recognizing I was never meant to carry what's crushing me, that You offer to bear what breaks me.

You will sustain me doesn't mean the burden disappears but that You hold me up under its weight, providing strength I don't have, keeping me from collapsing.

Help me actually cast my burdens instead of just talking about them, to throw them onto You and leave them there instead of picking them back up immediately.

Remind me that sustaining is ongoing, continuous support, that You don't just catch my burden once but keep holding it, keep carrying me, keep providing what I need.

Give me trust to cast burdens I've carried so long they feel like part of me, to release weight I've grown accustomed to, to let You sustain me in ways I haven't experienced.

Let me cast my burden on You today and experience Your sustaining power, feeling weight transfer from my shoulders to Yours, held up by strength that isn't mine.
