Today, the π“πžπœπ‘π§π¨π₯𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧 102: 𝐔𝐛𝐒 𝐏π₯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐒𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 π…π’πžπ₯𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 Seminar was conducted at BeeGood Agriventures OPC, with Mr. Marvin Gragasin from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) serving as the resource speaker.

The participants were our On-the-Job Training (OJT) students from Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) – Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA), who had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on proper ubi (yam) planting techniques, field management practices, and sustainable farming technologies.

This learning experience provided our future agriculturists with practical insights that will help them apply modern and effective farming practices in the field.

Fire Safety Starts with Preparedness! πŸ”₯

Yesterday, BeeGood Agriventures OPC successfully conducted its Annual Fire Drill and Fire Safety Orientation in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Tiaong Fire Station.

This activity strengthened the awareness, preparedness, and emergency response skills of our employees, trainees, OJT students, and staff, reinforcing our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure learning and working environment.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the dedicated personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection for sharing their expertise, conducting the orientation, and guiding us through the fire drill. Your commitment to public safety helps ensure that we are ready to respond effectively in times of emergency.

Another productive day at BeeGood Agriventures Farm!

Today's OJT trainees rolled up their sleeves and gained more hands-on experience through: Planting Okra, Planting Lakatan Banana, Care and Maintenance (Weeding) of Dwarf Coconut, Weeding of Nursery Plants , Dispersal of Chicken Manure to Plant Beds

Every task may seem simple, but each one plays an important role in building a productive and sustainable farm. Through hard work, teamwork, and dedication, our trainees continue to learn that successful agriculture starts with caring for the land.

Our hearts are full of gratitude to Mr. Gary Perdew and his lovely wife for their generous gift of this beautiful Mini Hut (Kubo) to BeeGood Agriventures Farm. πŸ›–

This kubo is more than just a structureβ€”it is a space where friendships can grow, conversations can bloom, and guests can enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee while surrounded by the beauty of our cafΓ© and garden. It will surely become another cozy corner where wonderful memories are made.

A special shoutout as well to our amazing OJT trainees for showing the true spirit of Bayanihan! With teamwork, determination, and smiles, they worked together to carry and move the kubo to its new home here at BeeGood Agriventures Farm.

Another productive day at BeeGood!

Every task may seem simple, but every effort builds the foundation of a better agriculturist.

Today's OJT trainees worked hand in hand in: Watering the eggplants they planted Carrying and relocating a kubo through true bayanihan Digging a compost pit Practicing proper waste segregation.

In agriculture, there is no such thing as "small work." Every drop of sweat nurtures not only the crops but also the character, discipline, and teamwork of those who choose to serve the land.

Every productive farm starts with proper preparation.

Today's OJT activities focused on plant preparation and placing coco coir (bunot) on the plotsβ€”simple tasks that help create the right environment for healthy plant growth.

Agriculture teaches us that no job is too small. Behind every successful harvest is a series of careful preparations, patience, and teamwork.

Congratulations to the 15 Graduates of Organic Agriculture Production NC II!
A milestone has been achieved as our 15 Organic Agriculture Production NC II trainees successfully completed their training at BeeGood Agricultural Learning Center. Their graduation marks not only the end of a course but also the beginning of a journey toward sustainable farming, entrepreneurship, and community development.

During the ceremony, Ms. Rich Mendoza, Farm Manager and Trainer, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the graduates for choosing BeeGood as their learning and skills development venue. Despite coming from distant barangays and neighboring municipalities such as Candelaria, Quezon, and San Juan, Batangas, they remained committed to completing the program and embracing the principles of organic agriculture.

Our Farm School Owner, Engr. Jessica M. Castillo, congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to put into practice the knowledge, skills, and values they have gained. She expressed her hope that they will become advocates of sustainable agriculture and share what they have learned with their families and communities.

We were also honored to have Mr. Ben Francia of Habilin Farm as our guest speaker. While visiting BeeGood to pick up his Black and Red Rice order, he generously shared his inspiring journey in organic farming and highlighted the best practices of permaculture farming, motivating our graduates to pursue farming with purpose and innovation.

On behalf of the graduating class, Ms. Elvie Ochoa of Eden's Gate Nature Farms For Wellness delivered a heartfelt message of appreciation. She expressed the class's sincere gratitude for the valuable knowledge and practical skills they acquired, emphasizing that these learnings will benefit not only themselves but also their families and the communities they serve.

To our graduates, congratulations once again! May this achievement inspire you to cultivate not only healthy crops but also a future rooted in sustainability, innovation, and service. Continue planting seeds of hope, practicing organic agriculture, and becoming champions of food security and environmental stewardship.

"Growth doesn't happen where it's comfortableβ€”it happens where you're willing to get your hands dirty."

Today's lesson wasn't written on paperβ€”it was planted in the field.

Our OJT trainees took part in eggplant transplanting, learning that every healthy harvest begins with patience and proper care. Meanwhile, another group worked inside the mushroom house, carefully arranging the fruiting bags and discovering that even the smallest tasks play a big role in a successful production.

Sa BeeGood, we believe that great agriculturists are not only shaped by knowledge, but by experience, perseverance, and the willingness to learn from every taskβ€”big or small.

Because one day, they won't just grow crops... They'll grow communities, opportunities, and a better future for agriculture.
