🤔Madami tao lagi sinasabi ang galing mo no? para sayo kasi talaga yan, linya mo yan, magaling ka magsalita, magaling ka sa tao, magaling kang mag sales talk, magaling kang mang bola.

🧐Ganyan madalas naririnig ko, pero hindi nila alam kung papano ako nag umpisa hanggang sa lumaki organization ko.

🙅🏻‍♂️First of all I am an introvert hindi na lang halata ngayon, That’s why I was addicted to play online games Ragnarok, RF online, Lineage, CS, DOTA and many more kasi hindi kailangan face to face type type lang at chat chat lang.

🗣But I chose and intentionally learn public speaking and communication skills because it is essential for business. Kaya madami akong kaibigan na naninibago sakin, “Ken iba ka na ngayon etc. etc. etc.”.

🙋🏻‍♂️Isa lang ang main ingredient for you to grow your organization and that is “SERVICE”
Hindi mo kailangan maging magaling sa umpisa, ang importante lang tulungan mo yung mga taong naniwala at nagtiwala sayo matter what, just serve them through action and gagaling ka dahil palagi mo na ginagawa.

🤝Now if you want to grow your organization you should serve them whole heartedly, show them how it is done and let them feel that you are really serious in changing their life.

From the very beginning ia lang ang ginawa ko para sa tao and that is I “SERVE”. 👌🏻
