As part of the Thanksgiving Multi-Purpose Cooperative's (TMPC) continuing commitment to financial sustainability and responsible governance, the implementation of OPLAN SINGIL continues today, August 2, 2026, following the successful Cooperative PESOS Re-Echo Seminar and Strategic Intervention Workshop on Credit Management and Collection.

Led by Chairperson Lilybeth B. Balutoc, together with the Credit Committee (CRECOM) composed of Ms. Julia B. Banagen, Ms. Clarita P. Cawating, and Ms. Jelyn K. Alisto, the activity reinforces the cooperative's strategic interventions aimed at improving loan collection efficiency and strengthening members' financial accountability.

The initiative is a direct outcome of the Cooperative PESOS Workshop, where officers and committee members developed action plans to address key operational challenges identified through the PESOS assessment. One of the priority interventions identified was the implementation of OPLAN SINGIL, a focused collection campaign designed to improve loan recovery while maintaining professionalism, fairness, and member engagement.

Through coordinated field visits, communication with borrowers, and continuous monitoring of loan accounts, the TMPC leadership remains committed to promoting a culture of financial discipline and shared responsibility among its members. The campaign also seeks to enhance the cooperative's liquidity, ensuring that funds remain available to serve the borrowing needs of more members and sustain future cooperative programs.

TMPC continues to demonstrate that strategic planning, collaborative leadership, and decisive action are essential in building a stronger, more resilient, and member-centered cooperative.
