Thanksgiving Multi-Purpose Cooperative (TMPC) successfully conducted its Transport Meeting on August 15, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the TMPC Conference Hall, bringing together its operator-members for an afternoon of discussion, clarification, and collaborative planning on matters concerning the cooperativeโs transport operations.
The meeting provided an important venue for strengthening communication between the cooperative and its operators and ensuring a common understanding of policies, responsibilities, and procedures.
The discussions covered the following important topics:
1. Transport Accomplishment Reportโ discussed by Lilybeth B. Balutoc
2. Duties and Responsibilities of the Cooperative โ discussed by Marilyn A. Bayangdan
3. Duties and Responsibilities of Operators โ discussed by Helen C. Acop
4. Violations of Policies and Disciplinary Actions โ discussed by Hilda D. Alisto
5. MOA of TMPC with Operators โ discussed by Agosto A. Aluyao
6. Procedure in the Transfer of Unit from One Operator to Another โ discussed by Oliver D. Kiyawan
The activity also featured an Open Forum, allowing the operator-members to raise questions, clarify concerns, and actively participate in discussions on issues affecting their operations and their relationship with the cooperative.
The major points and discussions were synthesized by Shinjiram Cas-ing, while Chairperson Lilybeth B. Balutoc delivered the closing remarks, emphasizing the importance of cooperation, compliance with policies, responsibility, and open communication among all transport partners.
The Transport Meeting reflects TMPCโs continuing commitment to promoting organized, transparent, responsible, and harmonious transport operations. Through meaningful dialogue and collective action, the cooperative and its operators reaffirmed their shared responsibility in providing better transport services while strengthening the cooperative as an institution.
