sarap ng pressure dito...
Gerardo’s School of Culinary Arts proudly announces the deployment of five students to the Culinary Arts Department of Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay for their On-the-Job Training.
The path to becoming a culinary professional is shaped by every lesson learned, every challenge overcome, and every service completed with discipline and care. It requires skill, consistency, teamwork, and the determination to keep improving.
Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay brings an internationally recognized hospitality name to this next chapter of our students’ training. The resort received nominations for Philippines’ Leading Beach Resort and Philippines’ Leading Family Resort at the *026 World Travel Awards, reflecting its standing among the country’s distinguished resort destinations.
At Gerardo’s, we believe that meaningful industry experience helps students grow into confident, capable professionals. Working alongside experienced culinary teams gives them the opportunity to apply their training, develop sound kitchen habits, and understand the standards behind exceptional hospitality.
For these five aspiring chefs, this deployment is an opportunity to take on new responsibilities, broaden their experience, and move closer to the careers they have worked hard to pursue.
We proudly recognize our OJT candidates:
• Precious Khianly Arim
• Joshua Oliver Balladares
• Marc Louis Cameros
• Kenny Illorin
• Juliessa Norberta Manero
Your Gerardo’s family is proud of the dedication that brought you to this milestone. Stay curious, welcome feedback, and approach every task with humility and purpose. Respect your team, take pride in your work, and carry the values of your training into every service.
Make every lesson count. Make every service an opportunity to grow.
Congratulations and best of luck, future chefs! 🔥
