"Bukoron" is a Filipino dessert that innovates popular "turon" into bukoron.The origin of "bukoron" can be traced back to the Philippines REGION 1.
Bukoron is made in buko (young coconut). To make buko na turon(bukoron), greated coconut wrapped in spring roll wrappers, The rolls are then deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. It's a beloved treat in Filipino cuisine, enjoyed by many for its unique blend of tropical flavors.
