Sowing Hope with Ate Cherry’s Farm

True to our motto here at Ate Cherry’s Farm—“Where seeds of hope are sown, nature’s bounty are grown”— we’re blessed with a plentiful harvest every week. As the saying goes, we reap what we sow.And honestly? I sow just about anything I find in the fridge or left on the countertop!" Camote scraps, kangkong, old lazy ginger and onions?I stick them in the soil— and they thrive! You don’t need to own a big farm lot to do this.

Even a small backyard—or a few pots—can become your little farm. As you can see, we’re already on our third harvest of these eggplants—and they’re still producing so much!

I wasn’t able to visit the farm this time,so I asked our caretaker to harvest them and give them away. But you know what?All the nearby houses also have their own eggplants—plentiful, too! They might not even need them anymore!And that’s the beauty of planting.It gives more than enough—not just for us, but for others too.

I really want to encourage everyone to plant.There’s no reason to go hungry if we just plant what we can.Big space or small, every seed counts.🌱 Start small. Plant hope. Reap abundance.
