MYSTERY REVIEW: AMERICAN BACKYARD 🍜🥩

We ordered their Steak and Ramen, with a total bill of less than ₱2,000.

The steak was not completely dry, but it was slightly drier than expected. Although we requested it medium-rare, it lacked the moisture and juiciness normally associated with that level of doneness.

As for the ramen, there was nothing particularly special or memorable about it. It was fairly ordinary and did not offer anything that would set it apart from other ramen options.

The strongest part of our visit was the service. The crew members were attentive and accommodating. The restaurant’s environment was comfortable, although it was not particularly remarkable. The food presentation was acceptable but could still be improved.
