God’s Grace through Justification, Sanctification and Glorification is the hope of Eternal Life?

1. Justification: Justification refers to the act of God declaring a person righteous or justified before Him. It is a legal term that indicates that through faith in Jesus Christ, believers are forgiven of their sins and are considered righteous in God's sight. Justification is not based on one's own good works or efforts but is solely a result of God's grace and mercy. It is often associated with the verse Romans 3:23-24, which states, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus."
2. Sanctification: Sanctification is the ongoing process by which believers are transformed and made holy. It is the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer, conforming them to the image of Christ. Sanctification involves both a positional aspect, where believers are set apart as holy in Christ, and a progressive aspect, where believers grow in holiness through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit. The process of sanctification involves surrendering to God, allowing Him to work in one's life, and cooperating with His transformative work. It is often associated with the verse 1 Thessalonians 4:3a, which says, "For this is the will of God, your sanctification."
3. Glorification: Glorification refers to the final stage of the believer's salvation, which occurs at the resurrection and the future return of Christ. It is the ultimate transformation of believers, where they will be fully conformed to the image of Christ and receive their glorified, resurrected bodies. In glorification, believers will be freed from the presence and effects of sin, and they will experience eternal fellowship with God in His kingdom. Glorification is often associated with the verse Romans 8:30, which states, "And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified."
These concepts of justification, sanctification, and glorification highlight different aspects of the believer's salvation journey, emphasizing God's grace, transformative work, and the future hope of eternal life with Him.
