We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to DOST Mlybly for the successful intership of Mr. Arghie R., a promising BS Food Technology student from CMU College, at ERJ Food Products.
This meaningful collaboration, facilitated by the kind request of Ms. Leslie Uy of DOST, has provided the student with an invaluable opportunity to dive deep into the production processes of Arabica coffee.
Through this OJT, Mr. Arghi was able to transition from classroom concepts to the practical and standard environment of coffee manufacturing. We are particularly grateful for the fresh insights and professional guidelines Mr. Arghie shared regarding the improvement and optimization of our coffee lab. His observations have provided us with a valuable perspective that will help us refine our processes.
It is our hope that this hands-on experience has not only sharpened his technical skills but also deepened his passion for the field of Food Technology. By witnessing the complexity and care required in coffee production, we trust he now has a clearer vision of the vital role he will play in the food industry.
