Our very first batch 🤎
July 1, 2026.
This was the very first version of our Biscoff Banana Pudding, shared with our family and friends so we could receive honest feedback before our official launch.
Our recipe has remained the same from the very beginning, but after making our first batch, we realized that the way we prepared each tub still had room for improvement.
At that time, we assembled the layers in a large container before transferring them into individual tubs. While it was much faster and more convenient for us, we noticed that the distribution of ingredients wasn't always consistent.
Some tubs had more cream, while others had more bananas or Eggnog cookies.
After receiving honest feedback from our family and friends, we knew we wanted to improve not just the presentation, but also the consistency of every tub before officially launching our product.
After learning from our first batch, we decided to prepare every tub individually instead. It takes us much longer to finish a batch now, but we believe the extra time is worth it if it means every customer gets a more consistent experience with every spoonful.
This first batch will always remind us where we started, and we'll continue learning and improving with every batch we make. 🤗✨
