One of the pioneers of catering business in the Happy Island Province of Catanduanes, who started its operation way back in 1997. CGS Canteen & Catering Services specializes in catering and for any gathering, from weddings or debuts, to birthdays or baptisms, to inaugurations or other corporate/government events. Coleta Gianan Sales, a government employee o

f the Land Transportation Office established Sales Catering Services a single proprietorship with only a handful of employee; her husband as a home-cook Chef Juan Icaranom Sales an Elementary Public School Teacher, together they started offering household cuisine. Through her passion and tireless commitment in the food business, she was able to make a household name, providing catering services to Local Government Functions and private sectors provincewide. Amidst increasing competition CGS Canteen & Catering Services continued providing affordable and quality dishes and a trusted brand of catering services. Her youngest son took over the business, upon her untimely death last February 2023. Juan Paolo Gianan Sales, a former public servant, former radio station manager, having attended a Culinary School in Naga City, he continued her Mom and Dad’s passion for cooking with wide array of delicious dishes and detail-oriented service, specialized in social catering services for weddings, birthdays, baptismal, debuts, house blessings, inaugurations, corporate functions, and other special occasions.
