Looking back at where we started, it’s amazing to see how much our cakes have evolved. But honestly, the biggest glow-up wasn't just in the technique—it was in the realization that preparation is everything.

It’s funny how time teaches you that no matter how skilled you get, if you don't prepare properly, you just can’t achieve that perfect bake. True quality takes time, which is exactly why we are officially leaving rush orders in the past! Good things take time, and great cakes take even more. ⏳✨

Hard hats on! 👷‍♂️ It looks like a rugged construction site on the outside, but it’s pure, sweet ube goodness on the inside!

Happy 7th Birthday, Esaias! This cake is filled with ube halaya ganache, topped and embellished with a mix of edible "sand" and awesome inedible toy details. It’s officially a wrap on this project! 🎉🛠️
