Our Durian Pie Story

Durian has always been more than just a fruit in our family—it has been part of our happiest memories. When we were younger, every durian season was something we looked forward to. Our father would take us out to the roadside stalls, where we would sit together as a family, enjoying fresh durian and sharing laughter with our siblings.
As the years went by, my older sister Ivy found ways to make the season last longer. She would buy extra durian, carefully preserve the flesh, and chill it so we could continue enjoying its rich flavor even after the season ended.
Then one day, inspired by our love for durian and our desire to preserve more of its delicious meat, she decided to experiment in the kitchen. She baked our very first durian pie—not to start a business, but simply to satisfy our family's cravings.
What began as a homemade treat soon became a favorite among our family and friends. Encouraged by their love and support, we continued perfecting the recipe. Today, every Durian Pie we make carries the same passion, warmth, and family tradition that inspired the very first one.
