How to Use Himalayan Shilajit Resin 🏔️
Shilajit resin is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. If you're new to Shilajit, here's a simple way to incorporate it into your routine:
🥄 1. Take a small serving
Use around 250–350 mg of Shilajit resin, or follow the serving size recommended on your product.
💧 2. Dissolve it
Add the resin to a cup of warm water, milk, or tea. Avoid boiling-hot liquids.
🥄 3. Stir well
Mix until the resin is completely dissolved.
⏰ 4. Make it part of your routine
Shilajit can be taken as part of your daily wellness routine. Consistency matters more than taking a large amount.
🌿 Why resin?
Authentic Shilajit naturally occurs as a mineral-rich resin formed over long periods in mountainous regions. Quality, purification, and responsible sourcing matter when choosing Shilajit.
⚠️ Important: Choose properly purified and lab-tested Shilajit from a trustworthy source. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before using it.
