► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs, 40 g of sugar, a pinch of salt
Hello! Today we are preparing a stunningly beautiful cake!
Beat with a mixer until soft peaks form
50 grams of flour
Stir quickly but carefully
form 22cm
Bake at 175°C for ~20 minutes
250ml milk
2 and 1/4 teaspoon agar agar
2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla sugar
bring to a boil and cook ~1-2 minutes
200 grams of sour cream
Silicone mold 21 cm
set aside for now
Remove the top crust from the cooled biscuit

Prepare your favorite fruit
I took persimmons, pomegranate, kiwi, tangerine and banana
300ml milk
2.5 teaspoons agar-agra
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
~ 200g condensed milk
bring to a boil and cook ~1-2 minutes
250 grams of sour cream
add a couple of spoons of hot jelly
gradually add fruit and hot jelly
Cover the top of the jelly with a biscuit
press a little at the top
Put the cake in a cool place for a couple of hours
decorate with fruit
It is incredibly delicious and beautiful!
