Easy Banana Bread Recipe -

Ingredients :
2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1-1/2 cups mashed bananas (3-5 bananas depending on their size)
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Instructions :
Melt the butter in a loaf pan and heat the oven to 350 degrees. Put flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Be sure to mix the ingredients well. Put away.
Put the sugar, oil, eggs, and bananas in a larger bowl and mix them well. Just until everything is mixed, add the flour mixture to the loaf pan. Pour into the pan that has been prepared.
Put it in the oven and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. It's best to let the pudding cool down all the way before cutting it.

MINI DONUTS.

4 cups flour
6 t baking powder
1 t salt
5 tablespoons sugar
1 and a 1/2 cups warm water

Heat a deep pan with vegetable oil such as canola or peanut, grapeseed oil etc over medium heat.
While heating the oil in a large bowl mix all the ingredients into a batter.
On a lightly floured surface shape the dough into a thick circle then use a cookie cutter to cut out even circles.
You can also form regular balls with floured hands.
Fry in hot oil until golden and golden brown on one side.
The other side looks even but is still pale.
Turn them over and fry them until golden brown.
After frying transfer to a large bowl lined with paper towel.
Allow to cool slightly and serve with sweet
tea or coffee.

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 and 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- Chocolate ganache (optional, for frosting)
- Fresh berries, for decoration (optional)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
4. Gradually add boiling water to the batter, mixing continuously. The batter will be thin, but that's okay.

Real Hummus Recipe 🌿
Ingredients:
🍚 1 cup dried chickpeas (or 2 cans, drained and rinsed)
🍋 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
🥄 1/4 cup well-stirred tahini (if you prefer the homemade tahini you'll find it bellow)
🧄 1 small garlic clove, minced
🧅 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
🌰 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
💧 2 to 3 tablespoons water
🌿 Optional garnishes: chopped fresh parsley, paprika, and additional olive oil
Instructions:
If using dried chickpeas, rinse and soak them overnight. Cook in a large pot of water until very tender (about 1 to 1.5 hours).
In a food processor, combine cooked or canned chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, minced garlic, ground cumin, and salt. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
With the processor running, drizzle in the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Continue to blend until smooth and creamy.

APPLE CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups peeled, cored, and chopped apples (such as Granny Smith)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or a 9x9-inch square pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.

MILK MAGNUM 😋
Ingredients:
250 grams of milk
2 egg yolks
40 gr of powdered milk
40 gr of condensed milk

Preparation:

EGG ROLL RECIPE

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
1 Egg
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Tbsp Margarine
8-9 Tbsp Water
5 Eggs Boiled
2 Tbsp Sugar

Procedure
In a large bowl, mix together the Flour, Baking powder, Salt, Sugar and Nutmeg.

Use your fingers to blend the Margarine into the flour until it’s crumbly.

Add the beaten egg and mix together. The dough should look dry at this point.

Begin to introduce the water a little at a time and work the dough till dough is soft and sticky but still workable.
work the dough for about a minute then cover it and let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Work the dough again for a couple of seconds to a minute and divide it into 5.

Tightly wrap each of the dough around each Egg.

Fry on a medium heat turning over and over again until it’s golden brown.

Soft Coconut Biscuits
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 Tbsp liquid milk
1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
1. In a large bowl beat the butter and icing sugar until light .

2. Add coconut , flour and baking powder . Mix to combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Add liquid milk and mix again .

3. Spread the dough on your working surface then use a rolling pin to smooth it out .

4 . Use a cookie cutter to cut into equal sizes .Place them in a prepared baking tray.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until well baked .

نمک۔ حسب ذائقہ

ہلدی۔آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کھانے کا سوڈا۔آدھا چائے کا چمچ

ہری مرچیں۔آٹھ عدد
ہرا دھنیا۔حسب ضرورت

تیل ۔تلنے کے لیے

ترکیب۔

چنے کی دال کو پانی میں بھگو دیں۔

جب پکوڑے بنانے ہوں تو دال کا پانی نکالیں اور دال کو اچھی طرح پیس لیں۔

اب اس میں نمک، پسی ہوئی سرخ مرچ، ہلدی، پسا ہوا زیرہ، کھانے کا سوڈا، پیاز، ہرا دھنیا اور ہری مرچیں شامل کر کے اچھی طرح ملالیں۔
