A diet without any real foods,except protein shakes. Also known as Ketogenic diet. It is a low carb diet used to burn fat. It is also called the "slimmed version" of Atkins diet which is a high fat, low carbs diet, which means you have to use less protein than your body burns. So, if you eat too much carbs like pasta or sugar, then you can't burn all the fat and your body will start looking bulky and tired. But, without this lifestyle, you need to exercise more.
