Beetroot and Berry Cold Soup Recipe

Ingredients Of Beetroot And Berry Cold Soup
30 Ml Olive oil
200 Gram Beetroot
30 Gram Dry cranberry
200 Ml Cranberry juice
3 Gram Salt
10 Gram Almond

How to Make Beetroot and Berry Cold Soup
1.Wash, peel and slice beetroot.
2.Heat olive oil in a pan, add sliced beetroot and dry berries.
3.Stir fry it for 2 minutes then add juice and salt.
4.Slow flame and cook it till beetroot in tender.
5.Remove from gas and keep aside.
6.Grind it and make a smooth paste.
7.If it is thick then add a little cranberry juice.
8.Refrigerate and serve chilled.
9.Garnish with dry cranberry and sliced almonds.

Mango Curry Recipe


Ingredients Of Mango Curry
450 Ml mango pulp
3 Tbsp gram flour
150 Ml water
4 Tbsp curd, whipped
1/2 tsp ginger powder
A pinch of asafoetida
2 green chillies
2 tsp ginger paste
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
10-12 curry leaves
2 tsp jaggery, grated

How to Make Mango Curry
1.Strain mango pulp.
2.Place gram flour into a bowl. Add water. Stir until smooth.
3.Place mango, curd and flour paste in a pan.
4.Pour in 300 ml water and add ginger powder and asafoetida.
5.Grind chillies with ginger, add to the mixture. Season.
6.Cook until thick, for about fifteen minutes.
7.Heat oil, toss in cumin, followed by curry leaves.
8.Stir and fry for 6-7 seconds.
9.Add to the mango mixture.
10.Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
11.Stir in the sugar and serve.
