Chicken Malai Boti

Ingredients:

Pick 1 kg

Papaya 1 tbsp

Garlic Ginger. 2 tbsp

Green chilli paste 1 tablespoon

Salt as per taste

White pepper. 1 tablespoon

spices. A tablespoon

Chinese salt one tablespoon

Cream. 2/1 cup

Yogurt 2/1 cup

Composition:

Put papaya on the chicken and keep it for an hour. Add salt, white pepper, Chinese salt, garlic, ginger, hot spices, green chili paste and cream to the yogurt.
