At a very young age I started associating Continental, Thai & Chinese food with everything good that ever happened, a good result meant a lasagne or a pizza, a birthday meant a Thai curry or Chicken Chowmein & so on...nothing can beat a Nihari for sunday brunch or Gajar ka Halwa in the winters,but my love for a cheesy,tangy lasagna shall always remain. My search for the right lasagna & the perfect

Thai curry, led me to start experimenting with online recipes. Believe me when I say there have been major recipe fails,(curries so spicy, I thought my tongue would fall out!) but that never stopped me. Now I think I have reached such a level in my "training", that I can share the food I have learnt to cook, with individuals other than my family & friends.

Drunken noodles have taken over my favourite noodle dish this week. Went to Asia 54 in Dupont circle, it has a live sushi bar plus thai and some Chinese food...can it get any better than that? Nope. A definite yes into the angrezi tiffin menu

Hey guys! As promised, here starts the U.S food diaries!
Tried the chicken and cheddar sub+meatball sub...and my taste buds are thanking me.
The chicken sub was JUST what I needed after this 31 degree weather. I feel super refreshed.
The meatball sub was like a lasagna wrapped in whole wheat bread...yum!
P.s. See that TALL cup? Izz filled with lemonade. 🍋🍋
P.p.s maybe I should introduce a lasagna SUB to the angrezi tiffin menu....or a lasagna nan/roti.🤔
