Atlas Foods (Pvt) Ltd, in collaboration with Rural Community Development Society (RCDS) and with the support of Helvetas Intercooperation Germany (gGMBH), successfully participated in a technical session at our Gujranwala facility.
The session focused on key areas including Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDD), Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) in alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Valuable discussions were held on child labour, forced labour, grievance mechanisms, workplace standards, and compliance with Pakistan’s GSP Plus commitments and EU sustainability requirements. The session strengthened the capacity of our team to further enhance responsible business practices.
We appreciate the continued efforts of RCDS and partners in promoting sustainable and ethical supply chains.

🩺🌾 Safety First – Protecting Those Who Feed Us! 👨‍🌾👩‍🌾
Atlas Fairtrade Farms Association and Atlas Foods (Pvt) Ltd., in collaboration with Fairtrade NAPP, proudly launched the Fairtrade Premium First Aid Box & Spray Man Kits (PPE) Assistance Program 2025 — a vital initiative focused on the health, safety, and well-being of smallholder Fairtrade farmers.
📍 At a special distribution ceremony hosted at Atlas Foods and graciously presided over by Mrs. Sara Anaum, representative of Fairtrade NAPP, the atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm as farmers eagerly received their safety kits — a reflection of their commitment to safe and sustainable farming practices.
🧰 Each kit was carefully assembled with:
✅ A comprehensive First Aid Box
✅ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits for spray men — including gloves, masks, goggles, aprons, and boots
These tools are essential in reducing health risks and ensuring safe handling of agrochemicals in the field. By equipping farmers with the right safety gear, we are investing in long-term farmer welfare, safer workplaces, and more resilient farming communities.
