Sagodana kheer

Ingredients:
Ghee or oil 1 tablespoon
Sagodana 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 litre
Sugar 4 to 6 tablespoons
Salt 1 pinch
Pista( chopped) 1 tablespoon
Almonds(chopped) 1 tablespoon
Vanilla custard 2 tablespoon
Water 1/2 cup
Unsweetened condensed 4 tablespoons

Method:
Wash and soak sagodana in 1/2 cup of water for 2 to 3 hours.
Mix 2 tablespoons custard powder and 4 tablespoons of milk.
Take 1 tablespoon ghee or oil in pan.fry 2 small cardamom for few seconds. Now add chopped nuts and fry few minutes. Then add soaked sagodana and cook on low to medium heat for few minutes. Add hot 1/2 litre milk, cook on 5 minutes on low heat.
Now add 4 tablespoons unsweetened condensed milk with pinch of salt and 4 to 6 tablespoons of sugar .mix and cook few minutes on low heat. Enjoy 😋😋

Mince with ph**li ( drumsticks )

Ingredients:

Mince(qeema) 1/2 kg
Oil 2 dishspoons
Ginger garlic chopped 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Haldi (turmeric) 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Green chillies chopped 4 to 5 only
Water as required
Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped coriander 2 tablespoons
Ph**li (drumsticks) 1/2 kg

Method:
Peel and cut ph**li in pieces, add 2 dishspoons oil in pot,fry qeema( mince) till oil release, now add chopped ginger garlic with haldi along with salt and red chillipowder.Then
add 2 chopped tomatoes cover and cook for 2 minutes ,then add 1 tablespoon tomato paste. Cook till oil separate, then add 1 cup water cover and cook on slow flame for 1/2 an hour. Now remove lid,add ph**li with 1/2 cup of water. Cook with lid on slow flame for 15 minutes. Then add garam masala powder and freshly chopped coriander. Enjoy 😋

Ingredients:

Makhana 50 grams
Oil or ghee 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika powder 1/4 teaspoon

Method:
Take oil or ghee in pan, add Makhana in pan, roast on medium to low flame for 12 to 15 minutes. Check ,if crush easily, remove from stove. Add dry ingredients, like salt, red chilli powder, paprika powder and garlic powder ,toss and save in airtight jar .

Mango cheesecake icecream

Ingredients:
Mango pulp 400 grams
Whipped cream 200 grams
Condensed milk 4 tablespoons
Milk powder 2 tablespoons
Crushed biscuits 2 tablespoons
Cream cheese 2 tablespoon

Method:
Beat cream cheese with condensed milk and milk powder, then add in whipped cream. Mix slowly, now remove 2 tablespoon a side. Add mango pulp ( remove 4 tablespoons ) a side .
Transfer this better in airtight container. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Remove from freezer and grind in blender. Now layer half of this better in container, add mango pulp (half ) with cream cheese mixture and 1 tablespoon of crushed biscuit. Now mix with stick , repeat this process again and freeze for 4 hours or more and enjoy 😋😋
