Mom's Whisk and Knife - By Naju and Ebrahim Great Sauces for a Greater Palate. Homemade sauces for every taste bud. She made a few bottles for me and it became my only heat companion on anything I ate.

We were inspired by a farmer's market that my mom and I visited in Edmonton, Canada about 2 years ago. A lady there was selling organic homemade hot sauces of various chili peppers (ghost peppers, scott bonnet, scorpion etc). Being a ‘foodie’ and chili fan in search of the great heat, I tried her products and fell in love. So I took a few bottles back to California with me, buy when I ran out of the sauce, my mom began trying to create her own hot sauce that carried the zing and heat that I loved so much and did a great job.
