Crispy, crunchy, seed-topped crackers. Make yourself a quick batch today and have homemade crackers for iftar.
**Recipe**
2 cups Grain Girl flour
1 tsp brown sugar
Sea salt to taste
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Optional topping: 1 tbsp pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Preheat oven to 350 F/176 C. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, and stir to blend.
Add olive oil and stir until the mixture is combined
Turn mixture onto one of the sheets of parchment paper.
Place the second sheet of parchment paper over the mixture, and use a rolling pin to evenly roll the dough until it is about the thickness of a pie crust, about 1/16-inch thick.
Carefully transfer the cracker dough on the baking sheet
Baking time 12 to 15 mins
