I was surfing in my vlog this morning so I noticed that good information from Dr. Arnaldo ( Liechtenstein, Physician) about dehydration in elderly, this is a state of difficulty that needs to be resolved. So, from this platform wants you to help your love ones and give plenty of water to them...

He Says!!! Whenever I teach Clinical Medicine to students in the fourth year of Medicine, I ask the following questions: What are the causes of mental confusion in the elderly?
Someone answers: "Tumor in the head".
I replied: No.

Others suggest: "Early symptoms of Alzheimer's".
I replied again: No.

After rejecting their answers when they become silent. So when I give them a list of three common reasons, their mouths are open.

* - Uncontrolled Diabetes
* - Urinary tract infection
* - Dehydration
These reasons seem like a joke. But it is not.

People over the age of 60 usually stop feeling thirsty, and as a result they stop drinking liquids and if someone around them doesn't remind them to drink some water, etc., they quickly dehydrate. Seem to happen. The dehydration in their body becomes severe and it affects the whole body.
Which can lead to sudden confusion, low blood pressure, increased heart rate, angina (chest pain), coma and even death.
This habit of forgetting to drink water etc. starts at the age of 50-60 years. The amount of water in our body should be more than 50%.
While people over the age of 60 have less water storage in their body. This is part of the natural aging process.
But there are other complications. That is, even though they are dehydrated, they do not need to drink water, because their internal balance mechanisms are not working much better.

Result:
People over the age of 60 easily become dehydrated, not only because they have very little water supply but also because they do not feel dehydrated. Even though people over the age of 60 may look healthy, reactions and performance of chemical functions can damage their entire body.
So if you are over 60 years old then you ...

1: Get in the habit of drinking liquids. Liquids include water, juice, tea, coconut water, milk, soup, and water-rich fruits, such as watermelon, watermelon, peach, and pineapple. Orange and tangerine also work.
Remember that, every 2 hours, you must drink some fluids.

2: Warning for family members: Regularly offer water etc. to people above 60 years of age and at the same time monitor their health.
If you feel that they are refusing to drink water and juices from one day to the next, and that they are getting irritable or have trouble breathing or show a lack of attention, this is their Dehydration is one of the most common symptoms of dehydration.

Rains provide relief from the sweltering heat of the summer season. However, monsoons also bring with it certain unwelcome diseases. Coughs, fever, and infections are common in the rains.

Follow a healthy diet:

During the monsoon, your body is prone to infections. Most diseases in the rainy season are waterborne and drinking filtered or boiled water is essential. Avoiding raw foods like salads is also beneficial to stay healthy in this season.

One of the most important precautions to be taken during the rainy season is to ensure that you are wearing footwear that does not slip easily, or you may fall and injure yourself.

Hi! Ladies and Gents, today brings a green and leafy information about Curry Leaves. The Curry Leaves Are Subcontinent Herb With Major Star Power.....

What are curry leaves?

As the name implies, these leaves are totally unrelated to curry powder, curry leaves are glossy, pointy, almond-shaped pinnate leaves with a complex citrus flavor often described as reminiscent of lemongrass, anise, and asafetida,but none of these comparisons do it justice. You have to taste and smell a curry leaf to grasp its essence.Known to have medicinal properties, they are used in other parts of Asia as well, including Sri Lanka and Malaysia.

How do you use them?

Curry leaves are generally used at the beginning of the cooking process or as a final flourish.
The flavor is the star, but the leaves are commonly picked out and pushed to the side of the plate rather than eaten. Curry leaves release the full depth of their aroma when fried and infused into oil, and are rarely called for as a raw garnish as they'd be bitter and chewy served that way.

If you’re new to curry leaves, experiment boldly. Sauté them with potatoes. Elevate dal with the crunch and colors of a curry leaf tadka. Swirl it into dips. Bring popcorn alive with the verve of crushed, fried curry leaves. Add complexity to fried chicken. Give dahi toast a try.
