Beef Steak | Without Grill

Hey foodies, Let's whip up some Spicy Chicken Steaks with creamy white sauce that will leave you craving more. Let's get cooking!

Ingredients:-
For Marination:
Chicken Breast -2
Salt (Namak) 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
Red Chilli powder ½ tsp
Dried Thyme 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 1tsp
Butter 2 tbsp

For White Sauce:
Milk 1 ½ cup
All-purpose flour 3 tbsp.
Butter ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Onion (chopped) 1 small
Garlic (chopped) 3-4 cloves

Method:
1. In a bowl add chicken, make small cuts. Add salt, black pepper, thyme, red chili, ginger garlic paste, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce and marinate for 15-20 mins.
2. In a pan heat butter add marinated chicken breast. Cook each side for 4-5 mins on high flame. Then cook on low flame for 10 mins from each side. Your Chicken Steak is ready.
3. In a pan heat butter and veggies. Cook over high flame for 2-3 mins. Your Sauteed veggies are ready.
4. In the pan heat butter and add onion and cook for a minute. Add garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add flour and cook until fragrant. Add milk gradually and cook stir continuously.
5. Now add salt, black pepper, crushed oregano and cook until desired consistency. Your White Sauce is ready.
6. Pour prepared sauce over chicken steak, serve hot with sautéed veggies and enjoy.
