Fried Papad is a popular Indian and Sindhi's snack made from a thin, crispy wafer-like flatbread.
It is usually made from a combination of lentils,, and spices. The dough is rolled out into thin discs and then deep-fried until golden and crisp. Fried Papad can be served as an accompaniment to a meal, as a snack, or as a crunchy topping for salads and other dishes. 😋
Recipe
Step 1:
Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai.
Step 2:
Once the oil is hot, add the papad one by one and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Step 3:
Remove the fried papad from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil. ✨
